Flex Pass

$25 / 200 minutes of ride time

The Flex Pass allows customers to ride for 200 minutes (3 hours & 20 minutes) without the standard 30 minute time limit. You can use all 200 minutes in one ride, or split up your time across several rides. Once your limit of 200 minutes is reached, you will be billed at the standard Pay As You Go rate.

Select auto-renew if you want the pass to reload when you’re down to 15 minutes.

Does my ride time expire?

Yes. Flex Passes renew on January 1 of each year. At that time, customers will lose any unused ride time from the previous year. To avoid losing out, make sure you use your ride time in the calendar year you purchase your pass.

Do I have to use all of my 200 minutes in one ride?

No! This is a flexible pass that allows you to use those 200 minutes at anytime throughout the calendar year. At the end of each ride, your trip time will be subtracted from your total time remaining. If you only take a 5 minutes ride, 5 minutes will be removed from your ride time.

What happens if I exceed my 200 minutes?

If you have selected auto-renew, your Flex Pass will renew automatically when you have 15 minutes remaining on your account.

If you have NOT selected auto-renew and you exceed your 200 minutes, you will be charged the Pay As You Go rate until your bike is returned.

Can I rent multiple bikes at one time?

No. The Flex Pass is designed for a single rider. You may only rent one bike at a time. Want to ride with a friend? Have them create their own POGOH account.

Note: We're currently working on programming a pass that would allow for multiple rides at the same time, but it's still in development.

How do I rent once I have a Flex Pass?

Download the PBSC App or the Transit app.

Scan the QR code of the bike you want to rent, remove the bike from the dock, and ride!

What if I don't have a smartphone or simply don't want to use an app?

No problem. All other riders can request a POGOH Membership Card for a fee. Contact POGOH Customer Support to order your Membership Card: hello@pogoh.com / 412-595-9421

How do you return a POGOH bike?

All POGOH bikes must be returned to an official POGOH station and properly locked into an available dock. Available stations and docks can be viewed with the PBSC app and Transit app.

What happens if I don't return a bike to a station or leave my bike away from a station?

To conclude a rental on your POGOH account, bikes must be returned to an official POGOH station and secured properly in an available POGOH dock by firmly pushing the bike in the dock and holding it there until the green confirmation light appears on the left side of the dock indicating the bike is secured.

We rely on our customers to use the system as it was designed so that we can continue to provide a reliable service.

Service fees* associated with improper returns:

  • Bike found at station unsecured = $25 (+tax) service fee + usage fees
  • Bike located away from a station and unattended = $50 (+tax) service fee + usage fees (fee increases for second and third offenses)
  • Bike unsecured at station resulting in theft = $50 (+tax) Recovery Fee + usage fees
  • Replacement fee for a standard pedal bike = $1,000 +tax
  • Replacement fee for an e-assist bike = $2,500 +tax

*Service fees are subject to change. Please read POGOH's Terms & Conditions for the most up-to-date rider's rental agreement.

What do I do if a station is full?

Check open dock availability in the PBSC or Transit app before you ride. If you arrive at a station and it's full, you'll need to find another station to return. The POGOH team is constantly rebalancing stations so this instance is rare, but we encourage all riders to plan ahead and use the app to avoid this issue.
