The Mobility Justice pass is designed for Allegheny County residents who receive government assistance (SNAP, LIHEAP, Medicare, or Medicaid), are Active Duty US Military, or who are US Military Veterans. Signing up for the Mobility Justice pass requires documentation and can take up to 48 hours to review new riders due to the need to confirm documentation and activate the pass.

For New Members:

  1. Go to: pogoh.com
  2. Click “Sign Up” and choose “Annual Membership” from the options
  3. Use your @andrew.cmu.edu email address to register (This is how you access the CMU Membership) 
  4. Enter the verification code emailed to you to access the CMU Membership (check spam if you don’t see it)
  5. Complete the registration process. Once your email is verified, your total will update to $0 for the CMU Membership.
  6. Download the PBSC App (available on iOS & Android) and log in.

Already have a POGOH account?

  1. Log in to your POGOH account at http://pogoh.com – If necessary, update your account email to your @andrew.cmu.edu address
  2. Select “Subscription”
  3. Under “Renew Subscription,” click the link and follow instructions to verify your @andrew.cmu.edu email address
  4. Apply your emailed verification code to access the CMU Membership
  5. Click “Renew” to activate the CMU membership for $0
  6. Use the PBSC App to check out bikes under your newly activated membership!

Cash Payment Option

Don’t have access to a Credit or Debit card? Want to pay with cash? We have an option for that.
For those who are unbanked or choose to not to use a credit/debit card, cash payment is available using Cash App. Read below to find out how to set up your CashApp account and link to your POGOH account.

Step 1: Create a CashApp Account

Download CashApp on your smartphone or go to cash.app on any web browser to create an account. You’ll be prompted to enter personal information (phone or email, and zip code) and create a $Cashtag. We’ll use this to identify your payments and send invoices.
NOTE: CashApp can be used with or without linking a bank account.

Step 2: Load Cash

Adding cash to your CashApp account is easy. Here are a few ways to do it:

Step 3: Register for POGOH

Start the registration process for POGOH! In the ‘Payment Information’ section, select “Pay with Cash.” Then, in the drop down, enter your $Cashtag. The POGOH team will send an invoice to your $Cashtag for the amount owed. To get notified when the invoice is sent, enable notifications in CashApp. Once the invoice is paid, we’ll activate your account and send your POGOH Membership card!
