POGOH is operated by Bike Share Pittsburgh Inc. We are a small 501(c)3 non-profit located in the Strip District. We are a small, but mighty team dedicated to living the mission of Bike Share Pittsburgh: to provide Pittsburgh with a joyful, sustainable, and affordable mobility service for all residents and visitors.

David is a lifelong cyclist who has always been fascinated by the gains that can be made at the intersection of the public, private, and government sectors. David lives with his wife and children in Pittsburgh’s Stanton Heights neighborhood. He has a masters degree from Carnegie Mellon in Public Policy and Management.
Erin Potts (she/her)

Erin holds a BA in Integrated Marketing Communication and Art History, and a MA in Rhetoric and Philosophy of Communication. Erin did her doctoral work while teaching at the University of Utah, and left academia before completing her PhD to return to the nonprofit sector. Erin is dedicated to working with Pittsburgh communities to create an equitable system of transportation and recreation for everyone. She learned to ride a bike at an early age from her Gram, and her love of bikes has only expanded since. She believes in the power of bikes to bring people together, spread joy, and build better cities.
Erin isn't originally from Pittsburgh, but fell in love with the city while attending Duquesne University. She chose Pittsburgh as her home and currently lives in the Stanton Heights neighborhood with her partner Ben and their dog Apollo.
Sara Khalil

Sara Khalil (she/her) is passionate about biking in Pittsburgh. After completing the Urban Studies program at the University of Pittsburgh, she transitioned into working for Bike Share Pittsburgh when it launched in 2015 as Healthy Ride. Her passion for sustainable transportation has continued to grow with the organization through the years. Nearly a decade later, Sara is Secretary for the North American Bike and Scootershare Association, a racer for Pittsburgh Babes on Bikes, and a women's mountain bike coach.
